Led by chef and owner Hector Diaz, Modesto Trattoria offers an authentic, yet modern approach to rustic Italian dining. This is the husbands favorite Italian restaurants in Asheville. We had lunch here a few weeks ago and the baked salmon was so juicy and flavorful, I'm still dreaming of it! The husband likes all the pasta dishes and I prefer the lighter fare and the pizza's.
